This week a Master Class for Neuroscience Development called the Chair Summit takes place in Tampa, FL (Sept 26-28, 2013).
In the early days of medical training in Kos, students, trainees and medical colleagues would gather to discuss their cases and the latest science with Hippocrates. This model of education was maintained throughout the centuries – learn and develop as clinicians and scientists from the experts – in person. Chair Summit continues that time-proven tradition. Attendees at this nationally renowned conference meet with, and learn from THE experts – Chairmen of Departments of Psychiatry and Neurology who are the faculty over the 3 days of this conference.
Imagine being able to ask about the clinical management of a complex patient or participate in discussions in small group settings with the thought leaders who have published on that very subject. The ‘range of topics and scope of educational possibilities is dazzling,’ according to previous attendees at this meeting.
