These changes have a particular impact on patients with chronic illnesses and complicated social determinants of health. This educational presentation, hosted by national experts, will look at the updates to CAHPS and HEDIS, how they impact quality care and experience, and what this means for clinicians.

Advancing Health Equity: EHO4all as a Compass Point in the Medicare Advantage Star Ratings (45 minutes)

In this CME Outfitters Snack, part of a collection on health access and social responsibility, expert faculty will guide learners through an engaging activity designed to help them identify the intent of the CMS Excellent Health Outcomes for All (EHO4all) reward program as well as assess the implementation timeline and integration of EHO4all into the 2027 Medicare Advantage Star Ratings. Faculty will also foster understanding of best practices in the implementation of team-based strategies to support equitable care delivery as part of EHO4all for dually eligible individuals, recipients of low-income subsidy, and individuals with disabilities.
