Feel Your Power by Being PrEPared! Tips for Talking to Your Healthcare Team about Your Sexual Health

When patients have the knowledge and confidence to talk about their health, it leads to better treatment and prevention. Pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) is a safe and effective way to prevent HIV, but many people don’t know about it or feel uncomfortable talking to their doctors. Our goal is to make sure everyone has the information they need about PrEP and feels empowered to ask their healthcare providers about it. By offering a combination of educational tools and programs, we aim to create safe spaces where people can learn, ask questions, and feel more comfortable discussing their health.

This webisode series and associated supporting resources will provide patients with the education and information needed to make informed choices and shared decisions with their providers about their sexual health.
