It’s That Time of Year – Reporting Your CE

We at CME Outfitters love the holiday season! We love the lights, the festive décor, the treats… and helping you with your year-end reporting. No, really. We love helping our learning community and sometimes that involves some paperwork!

CME Outfitters strives to make it easy to earn CE credit, MOC points, and provide MIPS-eligible activities to meet your needs and goals. Visit our Digital Education Hubs to find relevant, engaging activities that offer the credit you may need to meet your licensing or board certification needs. These courses are designed to enhance your knowledge, build your skills, and better coordinate care with other members of the health care team.

Library of Education CME Outfitters offers the chance to stay abreast of new or emerging therapeutic options:

Infectious Diseases

Rare Diseases

Need Implicit Bias education to meet new state requirements? CME Outfitters has a great library of educational options that builds awareness to mitigate implicit bias!

Diversity & Inclusion Hub with focus in these areas:

Maternal Health

Oral Health

Pain Care

Joint Health

All of these offerings will help you improve your clinical practice and ultimately the patient will benefit. You will be up to date, keep your qualifications current, and demonstrate to your institution, your colleagues and your patients that you are committed to your professional practice. Take the time to improve yourself, raise your confidence, stay informed, and ensure that you are practicing consistently with your colleagues.

These learning opportunities could even supplement your resume! In the competitive field of healthcare, staying current is critical to continued success. Continuing education also offers the chance to connect with experts in the field, as well as colleagues around the country and the world.

Merit-based Incentive Payment System (MIPS)

December 31, 2022 is the end of the 2022 Payment Year for MIPS. For clinicians who are eligible for MIPS, the performance threshold for 2022 MIPS payment year is 45 points. For those who seek the exceptional performance, the threshold is 85 points. Here’s a link to the MIPS Quick Start Guide. For more information, visit!

Now What?

If you are a pharmacist, your credits are reported to the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy (NABP) through CPE Monitor®. It’s always a good idea to print out a certificate at the conclusion of any activity as a back up for your records. If you have any questions or see a discrepancy, email us at! We will be happy to assist you.

If you are a physician, nurse, advanced practice professional (NP, PA), dentist, social worker, psychologist, or other health care professional, check your online profile for a record of your CE activities. Again, it always a good idea to print out or save an electronic copy of a certificate at the conclusion of any activity as a back up. (I personally believe that the person with the most paperwork stays ahead!) Again, if you have questions, we are here to help you. The fastest way to reach the CE office is to email

Did You Know…???

If you take one of our courses, you can always request a Certificate of Attendance! This may be presented to your licensing board, your institution, or your board as documentation that you recently completed a continuing education activity. While it is always the final decision of your licensing board, your institution, or your board whether it is accepted, this information is clear evidence that you participated in your own continuing professional development.

As we close this year, we are grateful for our amazing learning community of healthcare professionals. If we can help you with these end of year requirements, please reach out.

Wishing you all the joy ahead for 2023,
